The short version
This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics and embeds nothing from third parties. Fonts are served from our own server, so your browser never contacts Google. The only personal data we receive is the email address you choose to submit, plus the technical server log that any web server writes.
Early-access form
What we store: the email address you enter, the time of the submission, and a salted SHA-256 hash of your IP address. The raw IP address is never written to our database — the hash exists solely to limit abuse of the form.
Why: to send you an invitation to the private beta and occasional updates about the product.
Legal basis: your consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, given by submitting the form. You may withdraw it at any time with effect for the future by emailing office@secints.com; we will then delete your address.
Retention: until you withdraw, or at the latest twenty-four months after the last contact.
Recipients: nobody. The list is not sold, shared or used for advertising networks.
Server log files
Our hosting provider automatically records the usual access data (IP address, time, requested file, referrer, user agent) for the operation and security of the server. Legal basis is our legitimate interest in a functioning, secure website, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. These logs are deleted by the provider on a rolling basis and are not combined with the form data.
Hosting
The site is hosted by Hostinger operations, UAB, Švitrigailos str. 34, 03230 Vilnius, Lithuania, acting as our processor under Art. 28 GDPR. The servers are located within the European Union.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- access the data we hold about you (Art. 15)
- have inaccurate data corrected (Art. 16)
- have your data erased (Art. 17)
- restrict processing (Art. 18)
- receive your data in a portable format (Art. 20)
- object to processing based on legitimate interest (Art. 21)
- withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3))
To exercise any of these, write to office@secints.com. You also have the right to complain to the Austrian data protection authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde, Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
No automated decision-making
We do not use your data for profiling or automated decisions with legal effect.
