★★★★★ Martin K. Google

„Unfreundliche Bedienung, mein Cappuccino war kalt … Bei den Preisen eine Frechheit. Nie wieder.“

Copy reply Regenerate

Answering reviews is sales, not admin.

Your reply is read by the person who complained once — and by every future customer deciding whether to book. Laudira makes yours specific, safe and fast.

The review is in Italian. Now what?

This is the one you currently leave unanswered. Laudira detects the language and writes back in it — English, German, French, Italian, Spanish — in your brand voice, signed the way you sign, with German du/Sie handled the way you set it. Not faster than you: possible at all.

Guardrails before you post

Every draft is checked by deterministic rules, not by a second guess from the AI: no liability admissions, no accidental refund promises, no leftover placeholders, no wrong-language replies.

Nothing to connect, nothing to install

Copy the review out of Google, Tripadvisor, Booking.com or your notification email, paste it in, take the draft. No account linking, no permissions to grant, no waiting for an integration to be approved. Works from the first minute.

Escalation radar

Reviews mentioning health, legal or money issues are flagged urgent automatically and sorted to the top, so the ones that can really hurt never sit unanswered for a week.

Insights, not just replies

A monthly digest reads every review and tells you what guests keep praising, what is costing you ratings, and the three actions with the highest expected impact.

Your voice, set once

Tone, formality, sign-off, what you are proud of — and the hard lines a reply must never cross. Every draft for that location follows it.

🇬🇧 English 🇩🇪 Deutsch 🇫🇷 Français 🇮🇹 Italiano 🇪🇸 Español

Three steps, honestly.

1

Set your voice once

Tone, formality, sign-off, what you are proud of — and the hard lines, like never promising refunds in public. Two minutes, once per location.

2

Paste the review

Straight out of Google, Tripadvisor or the notification email. Laudira works out the language, the sentiment, what it is about, and whether it needs handling today. Sitting on a backlog? A CSV export does the lot.

3

Approve and post

Adjust the tone with one click, let the guardrails check it, copy, post. Thirty seconds for the review that would otherwise sit unanswered for three weeks — or forever, if it is in a language you don't write.

What nobody else does

The safety net between the AI and your clipboard.

A public reply is written in your business's name. Most tools in this category are a prompt and a text box — if the model writes something that admits fault or promises money, it goes straight out.

Laudira runs every draft through deterministic checks written as ordinary, unit-tested code. Blocking issues disable the copy button until you fix them. The same check runs again on the server when you save an edit, so it cannot be clicked away by accident.

Draft check 2 issues found
  • The draft admits legal liability. Public replies must never do that — rephrase to empathy without admission.
  • The draft promises compensation, but your voice profile forbids it („Never offer refunds or vouchers in public replies“).
  • Language matches the review (German).
  • No placeholders left in the text.

Questions, answered.

Does Laudira post replies automatically?

No — by design. Drafts are yours to approve, edit and post. Automatic posting through the Google Business Profile API is on the roadmap, but a human clicking “post” is the right default for text published in your business's name.

Which languages are supported?

Replies are drafted in the language of the review. Language detection and the guardrail checks cover English, German, French, Italian and Spanish today, and the drafting handles further languages gracefully.

Do I have to connect my Google account?

No, and that is deliberate. You paste the review text in and copy the reply out — no account linking, no permissions, nothing to install, and nothing that breaks when a platform changes its rules. If you are starting with a backlog, a CSV export loads all of it at once. Direct posting through the Google Business Profile API is on the roadmap for people running many locations.

What does the AI actually see?

The review text, your brand voice settings and a deterministic analysis of the review (language, sentiment, topics, urgency). Drafting runs on Anthropic's Claude models. Your reviews are never used to train anyone's model.

Can I manage several businesses?

Yes. Pro covers three locations, Agency covers twenty-five with unlimited drafts — each location with its own brand voice, inbox and insights.
